Fernando Gutiérrez

Fernando Gutiérrez is Head of Construction at OCP, focusing on business development and construction project management, as well as ensuring service quality, profitability and compliance with the business plan.

Before joining OCP, Fernando was CEO of the Municipal Land and Housing Company of Aranjuez, in charge of the acquisition and preparation of land for residential, industrial, tertiary and service promotions.

He has proven experience in the field of civil engineering and construction, always assuming positions of responsibility and managing a wide portfolio of projects. He has managed construction projects for airports, railways, highways, and ports.

Fernando holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from the Alfonso X University.
