Under the umbrella of Ocean Capital Partners we currently manage more than 1 billion euros in port assets, both in Spain and internationally. Our approach covers the entire life cycle of the asset: from initial investment to day-to-day operations with a focus on the strategic, commercial, financial, legal and administrative dimensions.
We focus on activating, transforming and operating port infrastructures adapted to the new challenges of the sector. We are committed to rigorous, flexible and tailor-made management that maximizes value for investors and generates a positive and social impact on the territories.

Since 2016, at OCP we have been the concessionaire, management company and controlling shareholder of the Malaga Maritime Station through the company Eurogate Group Terminals.
During these years, we have worked constantly to improve the infrastructure, services and passenger experience, with the aim of making the Malaga maritime station, and therefore the city of Malaga itself, the natural gateway for passenger connections with the north of Morocco.
Thanks to this work, we have implemented new passenger lines and expanded the range of services available which, together with the possibilities that the city of Malaga provides, make this maritime connection the natural choice for many passengers.
This sustained effort has borne fruit: Malaga has reached historic figures in passenger numbers and has consolidated its position as a strategic node in the maritime traffic sector in Spain. We continue to move forward with the same vision: to turn every step into an opportunity for improvement and growth for the city, the port and its users.
We promote the professionalisation of this promising sector which provides considerable social and economic impact on the territory.
IGY Malaga Marina is a specialized megayacht facility located in the Port of Malaga, one of the strategic enclaves of the western Mediterranean. Ocean Capital Partners is an active part of its management, from its initial development to its current operations.
The project has been conceived to serve large vessels, combining a high-level technical infrastructure with a range of services adapted to the requirements of the professional nautical sector. The marina is designed to operate as a logistics base, winter port and connection point to other international destinations.
Our management is focused on consolidating its position as a reference port for the large yachts segment in Southern Europe, optimizing occupancy, ensuring operational quality and reinforcing its integration with the urban, tourist and port environment of Malaga.
We provide a complete afloat repair service with first class technical and logistical assistance. We attend all types of operational needs, from technical maintenance and underwater repair and inspection works to dockside support. We have our own resources and a highly qualified team to guarantee efficient, safe and customized solutions for each vessel.
It provides 2,000 amps of marine power, which allows vessels to switch their engines off when docked, thus reducing carbon emissions and noise contamination.
The marina is an example of our successful model of integration between the port and the city. It is located in the heart of Malaga, in a pedestrian area and very close to the commercial and restaurant area of the city.
It has been built using ecologically friendly concrete that boosts colonisation by marine fauna and reduces the carbon footprint.
Located on the Muelle de Levante, IGY Ibiza Marina is one of the most representative assets of our management model. Located in an environment of high demand and maximum visibility, the marina offers specialized services for megayachts and high standard boats.
From OCP, together with our partners Island Global Yacht and the Palladium Group, we lead its operation with an approach focused on commercial optimization, excellence in customer service and permanent coordination with the different agents of the port environment.
It has 28 moorings for boats between 20 and 120 meters in length, distributed over an area of 42,000 m².
The marina is located in a pedestrian area, next to the historic center of the city and close to shopping and dining areas.
It has expanded its service offerings, with power supply of up to 1,600 amps, fiber optics, video surveillance and crew facilities.
Ocean Capital Partners, in partnership with Global Ports Holding, manages the cruise and megayacht terminal at the Port of Seville, Spain's only inland seaport.
