The reinvention of the Club de Mar: the iconic Spanish marina that serves as a base for the great yachts of the Mediterranean

IOM participated in one of the most significant nautical transformations in the Mediterranean. We are talking about the comprehensive renovation of the marina at Club de Mar Mallorca, in the Port of Palma, a project that has marked a turning point in Spanish recreational boating.

IOM played a key role in this project, developing the construction plans and providing project management and technical assistance to ensure that each phase progressed with the utmost rigor. The result has been an ambitious renovation, one of the largest private investments in a marina in Spain, which incorporated new buildings and services, optimized the berths, and strengthened the marina's integration with the city.
