Ports look to offshore wind to move one million more tons of cargo

OIM, the consulting division of the firm specializing in the port sector, Ocean Capital Partners (OCP) estimates that an additional one million tons of traffic can be achieved by 2030 if Spain manages to develop 14 gigawatts (GW) of offshore wind power. Last year, 563.4 million tons of cargo transited through the 46 infrastructures of the State.
