IGY Ibiza Marina unveils a new shopping area with the transformation of the Hammer building

IGY Ibiza Marina, managed by Ocean Capital Partners (OCP), Grupo Empresas Matutes, and Island Global Yachting (IGY), has completed the renovation of the iconic El Martillo building, located in the port of Ibiza. According to the company, this project is one of the season's major milestones and transforms the building into a new commercial and service space integrated into the marina.

The project includes four newly built retail spaces, expansive glass facades, and views of the marina. According to IGY Ibiza Marina, this development is part of a comprehensive improvement plan aimed at enhancing the quality of the facilities, strengthening the connection with the city, and creating a more attractive environment for owners, captains, crews, visitors, and residents.
