The boating industry is experiencing unprecedented growth and, therefore, the demand for refit services will increase in the coming years. In this OCP analysis we highlight the importance of boatyards and marinas to enhance their synergies and adapt quickly to market demands. The aim must be to provide new services to meet the growing needs of the emerging megayacht fleet.
