OCP analyzes the latest legislative modification that makes it possible to extend the validity of the oldest concessions in the port sector. With the entry into force of Law 13/2023, the literal interpretation of the regulations is corrected and concessions granted before 1992 have the option of requesting extensions of their concessions for a period of up to 50 years and even, in some cases, up to 75 years.
